The CLR Community Empowerment Inc. uses interactive training workshops, life skills, counseling and legal service programs as tools to administer the following programs:
Family Services
This program helps to foster healthy and wholesome families by exploring issues involving domestic violence, adult protective services, child abuse, child neglect, conflict resolution, child custody, adoption, poverty and generational behavioral patterns.
Life Skills and Career Development
Our workshops are conducted in a manner that allows participants to play an active role through demonstrations, writing exercises, role-playing and group discussions.

We offer employment diversity training for businesses and agencies. We assist small disadvantaged businesses with business formation and business expansion. Also, we provide assistance in obtaining federal and local government contract certification and real estate acquisitions to revitalize low-income communities.
